By creating an account, requesting a membership invitation, purchasing a course, booking a private session, or otherwise using the Exodus Development Coalition ("EDC") services at exodusdev.co, you agree to these Terms of Service. EDC is operated from Lakeland, Florida.
EDC is a private membership community for Christian men. Membership is by invitation only, granted at the sole discretion of EDC based on alignment with our mission, values, and the historic Christian faith. We reserve the right to decline or revoke any membership.
Private BJJ and firearms training sessions are booked one at a time, paid in advance, and confirmed only after EDC approves the requested time. Cancellation 24+ hours in advance is fully refundable. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance is non-refundable unless EDC, at its sole discretion, reschedules.
EDC publishes firearms safety and training material for adult members in lawful possession of firearms. You agree that any information you receive is for lawful personal use only. EDC does not sell firearms, ammunition, or regulated parts through this website. Where in-person training is offered, all participants must sign a separate liability waiver before participating.
Course content, written material, recordings, and original assets on this site are owned by EDC and provided to members for personal use. You may not copy, re-host, resell, or share access with non-members. EDC names, logos, and marks are property of Exodus Development Coalition.
Card payments are processed by Kurv (Electronic Merchant Systems). By providing payment information you authorize EDC to charge the agreed amount on the agreed schedule. If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry; if the payment remains unresolved beyond the grace period stated in your billing email, your access will pause until the balance is settled.
EDC publishes information for educational and discussion purposes. We are not a medical, legal, financial, or licensed therapy provider. Use your own judgment and consult appropriate professionals for personal decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDC's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site or your membership is limited to the amount you paid EDC in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify active members by email and post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date.
