1. Who we are
Exodus Development Coalition ("EDC", "we", "us") operates the website at exodusdev.co and provides a paid membership community for Christian men. EDC is based in Lakeland, Florida. Questions: hank@exodusdev.co.
2. What we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone, city/state, statement of faith, and reason for joining when you submit a membership request.
- Payment information: credit and debit card details are processed by our payment processor (Kurv, a service of Electronic Merchant Systems) and are never stored on our servers. We retain only the last four digits and card brand for receipts.
- Community activity: course completion, posts, comments, reactions, and login events from our community platform (Mighty Networks), used to support engagement and member experience.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and pages visited, collected through standard web logs and consented analytics tools.
3. How we use it
- To operate your membership, process payments, and grant or revoke community access.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, payment notices, event reminders, password resets).
- To send re-engagement and anniversary emails if you have not opted out.
- To improve the community, respond to support requests, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with applicable law, including tax and accounting obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We share only the minimum necessary information with the service providers that help us run EDC:
- Payment processing: Kurv / Electronic Merchant Systems (card details, billing amount).
- Email delivery: Resend and Brevo (your email address and message content).
- Authentication: Clerk (your email and login state).
- Community platform: Mighty Networks (name and email for access provisioning).
- Infrastructure: Supabase (database), Vercel (web hosting), Netlify (marketing site hosting), Cloudflare (CAPTCHA), Sentry (error monitoring).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers without your explicit consent.
5. Your rights
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
- Deletion: request that we delete your account. We honor deletion requests through a 30-day soft-delete window, after which your data is removed except where retention is required by law (for example, payment records for tax and chargeback purposes).
- Opt out of marketing: unsubscribe from re-engagement and anniversary emails at any time. Transactional emails (receipts, payment notices, event reminders) are required for operating your membership and cannot be opted out of while you are an active member.
- Do Not Sell My Personal Information: we do not sell personal information; if you would still like a formal confirmation, email hank@exodusdev.co.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. With your consent we also use analytics and advertising pixels to understand how the site is used and to reach Christian men who might benefit from EDC. You can decline non-essential cookies at any time using the consent banner.
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS-only delivery, encrypted data at rest at our database provider, signed webhooks between services, rate-limited forms, CAPTCHA, and least-privilege access. Card data never touches our servers thanks to Kurv's hosted card capture.
8. Children
EDC is intended for men 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we will notify active members by email and post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date.
10. Contact
For any privacy-related question or request, email hank@exodusdev.co. We respond within five business days.
