Refund Policy

Membership

Membership at Exodus Development Coalition is billed monthly at the rate disclosed during your invitation process. You can cancel at any time by emailing hank@exodusdev.co.

Private training sessions (BJJ & Firearms)

Private sessions are paid in advance, after EDC confirms a time with you.

Individual course purchases

Non-member course purchases are final. Members receive all courses included with active membership. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a course you paid for, contact hank@exodusdev.co and we will resolve it.

Events

If you registered for an in-person event:

Automatic refunds

If we ever charge you successfully but cannot deliver the service you paid for (for example, a failure to grant your community access after signup), we will issue a full refund automatically, without requiring you to request it.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically through Kurv. They generally settle within 3-10 business days depending on your card-issuing bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us at hank@exodusdev.co before filing a chargeback. In most cases we can resolve disputes faster and more amicably than the card network process. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of access and may be reported to the card network.
