MEMBERSHIP

Membership at Exodus Development Coalition is billed monthly at the rate disclosed during your invitation process. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected].

By default, when you cancel you retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.

Past membership periods are not refundable except where we failed to deliver the service you paid for, or where required by law.

If you believe you were billed in error (for example, a charge after cancellation took effect, or a duplicate charge), contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review. Refunds for genuine billing errors are issued at EDC's sole discretion. This does not cover post-purchase change of mind.

PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS (BJJ & FIREARMS)

Private sessions are paid in advance, after EDC confirms a time with you.

24+ hours before the scheduled session: full refund, or reschedule at no charge.

Less than 24 hours before: non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, reschedule once.

If EDC cancels the session (instructor illness, range closure, weather, etc.): full refund automatically, or reschedule.

INDIVIDUAL COURSE PURCHASES

Non-member course purchases are final. Members receive all courses included with active membership. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a course you paid for, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it.

EVENTS

If you registered for an in-person event:

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date.

If EDC cancels the event, all registrations are refunded automatically.

AUTOMATIC REFUNDS

If we ever charge you successfully but cannot deliver the service you paid for (for example, a failure to grant your community access after signup), we will issue a full refund automatically, without requiring you to request it.

HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically through Authorize.Net and our acquirer Kurv (Electronic Merchant Systems). They generally settle within 3-10 business days depending on your card-issuing bank.

CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us at [email protected] before filing a chargeback. In most cases we can resolve disputes faster and more amicably than the card network process. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of access and may be reported to the card network.
