Official Rules (Revised October 27, 2026)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 or older at the time of entry, subject to the state exclusions in Section 3.

1. Sponsor

The EDC x Nautilus Ammo Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Obtineo Ammunition LLC d/b/a Nautilus Ammunition, 2350 River Rd, Sneads, FL 32460 ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is run together with Exodus Development Coalition and EDC Arms LLC, a federally licensed firearms dealer in Lakeland, Florida ("EDC"), which handles the videos, the entry page and the transfer of any firearm or suppressor prize. The brands named in Sections 6 and 7 are promotional partners ("Partners"). Partners are not sponsors and are not responsible for running the Promotion.

2. Promotion period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, November 2, 2026 and ends at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, November 20, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official clock.

3. Eligibility

Open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and are at least 21 years old.

Not eligible: employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, EDC and the Partners; their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and people living in the same household; and anyone prohibited by federal, state or local law from buying, possessing or receiving a firearm or ammunition.

State exclusions. Because prizes include firearms, ammunition and suppressors, the Promotion is void in, and residents may not enter or win from: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, the District of Columbia, and, for any package that includes a suppressor or a suppressor gift certificate (Packages 2, 3 and 5), Delaware.

Winning is based on eligibility. Each package is awarded as one complete package and is not split up. To win a package, the person drawn must be 21 or older, live in an eligible state, and be legally able to receive every item in that package in their state (including firearms, magazines, suppressors, ammunition and restricted parts such as a forced reset selector). If the person drawn is not eligible for the package drawn, they do not win it and an alternate is drawn. No partial packages, no cash and no substitute for a restricted item.

4. How to enter

Online. During the Promotion Period, go to https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/557589-240398 and fill out the entry form with your full name, email, mailing address, date of birth and your Instagram or Facebook username. Limit one base entry per person and per email address.

Bonus entries. After entering, you can earn more entries by doing the optional actions shown on the entry page, such as following Sponsor, EDC or a Partner on social media, visiting a Partner's site, or sharing your personal referral link. The entry page shows how many entries each action is worth and any limits. Every entrant has the same access to bonus entries. None of them cost anything.

Mail-in entry. To enter without the internet, hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth and "EDC x Nautilus Ammo Giveaway Entry" on a 3 x 5 card and mail it to Obtineo Ammunition LLC d/b/a Nautilus Ammunition, 2350 River Rd, Sneads, FL 32460. One entry per envelope. Must be postmarked by November 13, 2026 and received by November 19, 2026 so it can be included in every drawing. A mail-in entry receives the same number of entries as the maximum an online entrant can earn, including bonus entries.

Entries made by script, bot or any automated method are void.

5. One promotion, five drawings

This is one Promotion with five prize packages, each awarded in its own drawing. Every valid entry is in every drawing held after the entry is received. You do not enter separately for each package. Entries that do not win stay in the pool for the remaining drawings, and entries stay open until the final drawing.

Drawings are held at about 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on these dates, one potential winner each, picked at random from all eligible entries received before that drawing:

- Package 1, Gun Room: Monday, November 16, 2026

- Package 2, Shark Coast Rifle: Tuesday, November 17, 2026

- Package 3, PSA Long Range: Wednesday, November 18, 2026

- Package 4, Custom EDC Pistol and Belt: Thursday, November 19, 2026

- Package 5, Custom Griffin EDC Rifle: Friday, November 20, 2026

If a potential winner does not respond, does not qualify or is not eligible (Section 8), an alternate for that package is drawn from the same pool of entries, which stays fixed as of the close of the Promotion Period. Alternates may be drawn after November 20, 2026 as needed.

Limit one package per person and per household. Once someone is confirmed as a package winner, their entries come out of the remaining drawings. Winning a bonus prize (Section 7) does not remove you from the package drawings.

6. Prize packages

Approximate retail value ("ARV") is the manufacturer's listed price. Every package includes a custom EDC Bible, and Packages 2 through 5 also include 500 rounds of Nautilus Ammunition. Total ARV of all prizes in the Promotion, including the bonus prizes in Section 7: $20,336.99.

Prizes are awarded as described. No cash, no substitutions and no transfers by the winner. If a listed item becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's control, Sponsor will substitute an item of equal or greater value. Prizes are provided by Sponsor, EDC and the Partners and shipped by the Partner, Sponsor or EDC. Some items (the Cole-TAC cover, the December Customs belt, the Two Vets tripod set) are built or shipped to the winner by the Partner after the winner's details are confirmed. Any difference between ARV and actual value is not awarded.

7. Bonus prizes

In addition to the five packages, five bonus prizes (listed below) will be awarded, one on each package drawing day, Monday, November 16 through Friday, November 20, 2026. Each bonus prize is awarded on the same day as that day's package drawing. Each bonus prize is announced in a post on EDC's Instagram account @exodusdev.co and its Facebook page, which states the prize and the date the comment window closes. Bonus prizes do not include firearms, suppressors or ammunition.

How to enter a bonus prize. Be entered in the Promotion at the entry page, then comment on the bonus prize post and tag a friend (up to three) within 24 hours of the post going up. Limit one entry per person per bonus prize. No purchase is needed.

How the winner is picked. One winner per bonus prize, picked at random from all valid comments posted within the 24 hour window using a random comment picker. EDC checks that the winner is on the entry list and eligible under Section 3; if not, a new name is picked the same way. EDC may show the pick live or post a recording. Bonus prize winners are included on the winners list in Section 15.

Notification. EDC messages the winner only from @exodusdev.co. The winner has 24 hours to answer. No answer, or not eligible, and EDC picks again. Sponsor and EDC will never ask a winner for a payment, a card number or a fee. Any other account that says you won is not us.

Bonus prizes (total ARV $1,556.47). The five bonus prizes, one per package drawing day, are:

- Gun Room day (Monday, November 16): Holosun AEMS EVO RD, ARV $505.87

- AR Pistol day (Tuesday, November 17): True North GripStop and Strix .625 riser, ARV $149.74

- Long Range day (Wednesday, November 18): LT Creed Responder IFAK, ARV $185.00

- Double Stack day (Thursday, November 19): Flatline BP1 pouch, True North tourniquet mount, Grayfighter HUSH rig and Sanguis pouch, ARV $162.94

- Griffin day (Friday, November 20): Holosun ARO EVO RD SPR and HM3X magnifier, ARV $552.92

Bonus prize entrants must meet the same eligibility rules in Section 3, including age 21 and the excluded states.

8. Winner notification for the package drawings

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor or EDC contacts each potential winner by email, and by phone or text if given, at the contact information used to enter. The potential winner has 48 hours to respond. After responding, the winner must return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release within 5 days. No response in 48 hours, paperwork not returned, a bounced message, or not eligible, and Sponsor may draw an alternate from the remaining entries. Sponsor may extend a response window at its discretion and may draw as many alternates as needed to award a package.

Winners will be announced publicly by first name, last initial and state.

9. Firearm and suppressor prizes

Any prize that includes a firearm or a suppressor comes with these conditions. You accept them by entering.

- Dealer transfer only. No firearm ships to a winner. Firearms transfer from EDC Arms LLC only through a licensed dealer (FFL) in the winner's home state, picked by the winner and approved by Sponsor. The winner fills out ATF Form 4473 and passes the background check at pickup. The winner pays any fee the receiving dealer charges.

- Must be legal for you. The winner must be 21 or older and not prohibited under 18 U.S.C. 922(g) or state law. If the winner fails the background check, cannot legally take any item in the package, or lives where it is not legal, the winner forfeits the whole package and an alternate is drawn. No cash or substitute.

- Suppressors. A suppressor is transferred through a licensed dealer in the winner's state by whatever method federal and state law requires for that state at the time of transfer, which may be an ATF Form 4473 transfer or an ATF Form 4 transfer with the ATF wait that comes with it. The winner must live where suppressors are legal. Any ATF approval, wait time or transfer tax is outside Sponsor's control. Sponsor has done its part once the suppressor (or the suppressor gift certificate) reaches the winner's receiving dealer.

- Short barreled items and restricted parts. The Shark Coast Bug Bear (10.5 in) and the Griffin MK2 CQB (11.5 in) are pistols, not short barreled rifles, and transfer as handguns on ATF Form 4473 through the winner's receiving dealer. A winner must be legally able to receive every item in the package, including magazines and parts such as the Atrius forced reset selector, or the package goes to an alternate (Section 3).

- Ammunition is shipped by Sponsor only where legal and only to a winner who can legally receive it, through a licensed dealer where state law requires it.

- Your responsibility. The winner is responsible for following all federal, state and local law on owning, carrying, transporting and using any prize.

- Custom work. Some prizes are refinished, customized or built from parts from more than one Partner. Manufacturer warranties may not apply. Prizes come "as is" with no warranty from Sponsor or EDC.

10. Taxes

All taxes on a prize are the winner's responsibility. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where the law requires it (prizes worth $600 or more) and may require a completed W-9 before releasing a prize.

11. Shared entrant list

By entering the package drawing you agree to get marketing emails from Sponsor, EDC and the Partners named in Sections 6 and 7, and you understand Sponsor will share the name and email you entered with EDC and those Partners for that purpose. Each Partner gets the list once, for its own use, and may not sell, rent or pass it on. You can unsubscribe from any sender at any time. Sponsor's privacy policy is available on request, and EDC's privacy policy is at https://exodusdev.co/privacy-policy.

12. Publicity

Where legal, accepting a prize means the winner agrees that Sponsor, EDC and the Partners may use the winner's name, likeness, city and state, voice and prize information for promotion in any media with no further payment or notice.

13. General conditions

- By entering you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

- Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry, breaks these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike way.

- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or undeliverable entries or messages, or for technical failures.

- If the Promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside Sponsor's control (such as a platform outage, fraud or technical failure), Sponsor will, subject to any required state approval, award the prizes from eligible entries received before that point.

- Entrants release Sponsor, EDC, the Partners, and their owners, employees and agents from any claim arising from the Promotion or from receiving, using or misusing a prize.

- Florida law governs these rules.

14. Platform disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube or Google. YouTube is not a sponsor of this Promotion. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube and Google from any and all liability related to this Promotion. Information you give goes to Sponsor, not to any platform. Entries and comments must follow each platform's rules, including the YouTube Community Guidelines at https://www.youtube.com/t/community_guidelines. Entries that break them are disqualified.

15. Florida registration and winners list

This Promotion is registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a game promotion under Florida Statute 849.094. Registration number: GP-26-1831. A surety bond for the total prize value has been posted.

A winners list will be available within 60 days after the final drawing. To get it, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Obtineo Ammunition LLC d/b/a Nautilus Ammunition, Attn: Winners List, 2350 River Rd, Sneads, FL 32460, received by February 18, 2027.
